The only Bed & Breakfast in the center of the village, celebrating 27 years looking after guests and many visitors returning again and again for a comfortable stay with great food. Why not combine your stay with a tour on the water and enjoy the beautiful sea and landscapes from the water plus incredible marine wildlife along this beautiful stretch of the Wild Atlantic Way. Warmed by the Gulf Stream, these nutrient rich waters enable us to watch whales, dolphins, basking sharks, sunfish, seals and marine birds in their natural environment – feeding on the plankton.

Adjacent to the Aquaventures dive & snorkel centre is The Stone House B&B - the ideal location for a weekend visit or week's holiday, particularly when you don't want the hassle of cooking meals but still enjoy a home from home atmosphere. The B&B is open year-round and is renowned for Rianne's breakfast menu and home baked breads & yoghurts. There are no less than 8 choices on the menu using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Lactose intolerant - no problem with nut or soya alternatives.
There are 4 rooms (each with its own bathroom & power / rain shower), tea & coffee making facilities and plenty of car parking space and garden.
Offstreet parking, garden seating and play area for kids, just an easy walk / 500 mtr to the harbour & ferries to the islands, pubs, restaurants, shop & galleries. Access to the community pool across the road with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steamroom (adult €10 and child €5).
On some dates the online booking calendar may appear full or not accept your check in & out dates (which could be due to a minimum stay rule or a block) however contact us to double check and we may then also offer you a special deal.

Breakfast menu
There is a full a la carte menu for your breakfast with your order taken the night beforehand so that a little bit of “prep” can be done before you arrive at the breakfast table.

The full Irish grill or fry, smoked fish, continental with a selection of cheeses or fresh fruit salad, home-made creamy yoghurt, porridge and organic honey, different ways of eggs (fried, poached, scrambled, boiled), cheese platter, Dutch poffertjes which are mini buckwheat pancakes plus vegan/vegetarian options.
Home made yeast breads and Irish soda bread and gluten-free upons.
